Introducing my sss x lulu and georgia fall collection.  Layered and playful but refined, this collection is different because we add bedding and lighting to the mix for the first time. An extension of our current pieces while making it possible to decorate every part of your home with my designs.

Nature is always and forever the driving force of inspiration for my work. From color palette to shapes and motifs, nothing inspires me more than the natural world.

My goal with every collection is always to have a variety of materials, textures, and shapes that work together but don’t necessarily look like a matching set. I’m designing one piece at a time while still looking at the whole collection, similar to how I design a client’s home. As I select materiality and furniture pieces for a space, I keep the whole room in mind but mix varied styles and shapes to tell a unique story and have a layered, collected feel.

I am so excited to share this collection with you and I can’t wait to see it in your home!

Now, with the addition of bedding, you can furnish an entire bedroom with the collection.

For bedding, I wanted to create a collection with a variety of unique shapes and styles that are also ultra cozy with subtle details to make them stand out. There are quilted bed covers, a basketweave blanket, scalloped edge pillowcases and ruffled edge shams. And we’ve brought the tigers back (the pattern my son and I created) on a duvet cover set.

Our solid-colored bedding has a scalloped edge on the pillowcases with contrast piping. I wanted to use natural fibers that feel Lux but still relaxed, so we went with hemp. I love hemp because it’s super soft and softer with age, but it is also incredibly durable. It’s very breathable and more absorbent than most fabrics, so it is thermoregulating, keeping you warm in cooler temperatures and cool when it’s hot out.

I’m alllways searching for media cabinets that are much longer than what is easily available, so that was an essential add. Well-designed case goods, in general, are hard to come by. They can be really basic. Fixed that with our Laughlin Sideboard!

The Lee Dresser and Lee Tall Dresser are super special. Remember the interior doors in the sss showhouse? These cabinets are modeled after those custom doors my dad (Lee) fabricated for the house.

We only had one bed in the first collection and added three. The Gladys Bed is named after my grandmother and I can’t wait to see this one in my own home.

The Babs Sofa (and sectional) is named after my grandmother’s best friend/surrogate grandmother. I am dying over this hydrangea blue velvet.

And our new lighting was such a thrill to design. We have the a 2 floor lamps, a pendant, three sconces, a chandelier and a table lamp. You can now have my lighting designs in every room of your house 🙂

It’s been almost two years since our last rug launch, so I’m thrilled to add more colors and designs to that collection. And we even added a cutie checkerboard bath mat!

My mom is 100% Finnish, so I’ve named all the rugs with Finnish words as a nod to my heritage.

kivi = stone
raita = stripe
kohta= point
kori= basket
koukero= squiggle

In mirrors we added new finishes and sizing to the current assortment really round out those collections. A floor length and mantel anastasia, rook mantel in two colors, and ripple full length. And there’s a brand new addition: the loop mirror in an oval and square shape.

To continue the playful shapes you see throughout the collection we added a velvet clover pillow. And we have a kohta pillow and three colors in a velvet round pillow.

And you can now completely dress a table with my new additions!
