I’m beyond thrilled to finally share finished images of our #sssshowhouse. It was a labor of love, and the house became so many things to us. If you missed the story, you can read about how this house came to be here.

In the meantime, I wanted to highlight one of our favorite partners whose products I’ve used in project after project and really made the show house bathrooms sing, Delta Faucet. In the primary bathroom, we used the Matte Black Trinsic® Bath Collection. Delta® came out with industrial wheel handles right when I was selecting plumbing fixtures, and it felt like it was meant to be. They are clean and modern and have a unique look, and I have always been a fan of a wall-mount faucet. In the shower, we installed the Universal Showering H2Okinetic® Single Setting Shower Head With UltraSoak™ as well as a standard shower and gave each its own separate valve so you could run both at the same time.

In this bathroom, I was living out my absolute dreams: a custom marble vanity, the same natural zellige tile floors as I installed in my own bathroom, cement tile shower walls with marble trim, and a terrazzo soaking tub. I also designed these mirrors for this room, which became a part of my collection for Lulu and Georgia. As is the candle holder on the marble shelf.

In the next main level bathroom, we used natural stone again in a big way. The custom vanity is made of marble from Aria Stone Gallery, and the Delta Faucet Trinsic® Single Handle Wall Mount Bathroom Faucet Trim in the Champagne Bronze finish. Adding warmth to the cool shades of green in the stone and wall color.

In this room, we used Fireclay Tile in Rosemary (which is the same color we used here) on the shower walls but then used Fireclay Glass Tile on the floors.

The downstairs guest bathroom is one of my all-time favorites. When in this room, you are immediately transported to some fanciful place, which always made me smile. We used the same Delta Faucet Trinsic® Single Handle Wall Mount Bathroom Faucet Trim here in the Champagne Bronze finish.

Our vanity was one major Ikea hack. We bought the Godmorgon vanity and used my SSS Godmorgon Quarterline DIY for the drawer fronts. I added this wood hardware and built a surround out of 2x4s and plywood before the marble fabricators came and wrapped it in marble.

And the final bathroom of our #sssshowhouse is what we were calling the “kid’s bathroom.” We did another Ikea hack vanity and painted the fronts a color to match the cement tiles. We used Calcutta Viola Marble as the vanity top with waterfall sides and on the back wall as a built-in shelf/focal point behind the tub. The basketweave pattern and the little marble insets brought me so much joy in designing. I must say, Rafael, our tile setter, is a magician.

Hope you love the showhouse bathroom tour as much as I had dreaming up these rooms and seeing them all come to fruition.
