I’m thrilled to bring seating to my sss atelier collection with the introduction of our alba sofa and lounge chair and kamp dining chairs. An extension of our current collection of tables and case goods, the seating is also inspired by the landscape of my childhood and endless summer days spent outside. In my interior work, I often try to bring the magic of the natural world indoors, so it was apt to have my furniture designs reflect the same.

The alba collection is named after a Michigan wildflower, and the kamp dining chair is reminiscent of nights spent under the stars.

It’s about time I get these into your homes and see you sitting pretty on them. Let me take you on a tour of each piece below.

Starting with, the kamp dining chair was named for its utilitarian style and a favorite pastime from my childhood. The details make this chair, with its white oak composition and contrasting species of wood plugs. Add in brass detailing and a leather or upholstered stretcher.

And look how good they pair with our ledge dining table.

The alba sofa and lounge chair were a master study in upholstery. It took well over two years of engineering and prototyping before finding the right partner to bring this sofa and chair to life, and she is finally here! I named this collection after a Michigan wildflower for its delicate detailing. The sofa has the same silhouette as the alba chair, just longer.

The sofa and lounge chair are both fully customizable. Seen here is the alba sofa in a cabernet red performance velvet. I can’t wait to see them in your fabric choices!

I’m my own Thumbelina when perched in the alba chair; it is also a generous size perfect for curling up in. The fabric shown is a micro corduroy in a beautiful apricot color. It is one of our pre-approved COM fabrics.

With all the seating, they can be customized with your own fabric. Find the chair and more details for ordering on sss atelier.
