Did you see episode 5 of Inspired Interiors? It followed the living room transformation of our client #palmbeachpolo project for Delfina Blaquier and Nacho Figueras. And now the full story on the project is in the June issue of Arch Digest!

Some highlights form the project:

Letting the light in and bringing the eye up were the main goals for the living room. To get there we removed an exterior covered porch, changed the openings from four standard sized to three soaring arched doorways, raised the roof line, relocated the fireplace, closed up an opening and washed the space with lime paint. Then the cherry on top was layering in all our vintage finds and pieces from my own rug and furniture collection for Lulu and Georgia.

We also gave the kitchen a complete overhaul but saved and refinished the original terra cotta floors, blending in replacement tiles where necessary from moved walls in the new footprint. Custom cabinetry and a marble island large enough for the family of six to gather around helped transform this space into the hub of their U.S. landing pad.
