Spring is coming slowly, but our pretty alba is always blooming at the sss showroom! Sarah named this sss atelier seating collection after the Michigan wildflower Prenanthes alba, with its petal-like box pleated skirt, sculptural form, and delicate detailing. Isn’t she pretty?
The alba sofa and lounge chair were a master study in upholstery. It took well over two years of engineering and prototyping before finding the right partner to bring them to life.
When perched in the chair, we feel like Thumbelina. It is also a generous size, perfect for curling up in. The sofa has the same silhouette as the chair, just longer.
The sofa is shown here in cabernet red performance velvet, and the chair is shown in micro corduroy in a beautiful apricot color. Both are part of our pre-approved COM fabrics. Our seating collection is fully customizable with your choice of upholstery.
