Remember Client Trullbrook? I was able shoot a few of the finished spaced before we left for Michigan and am excited to share a little before and after snack with their powder room reveal. The perfectly blush marbled walls, thanks to Rebecca Atwood, are everything. The concrete sink which we rolled the dice on, buying it off of Etsy, turned out beautifully and the brass Restoration Hardware fixtures are my favorite in the house. And what powder bath is complete without a booty vase? None!
And now to remind you what we started with…
BEFORE
AFTER
We traded the one overhead light fixture for two sconces because in my opinion, it is always preferable to have the lighting flank the mirror, if you have the space for it. I also had the floating shelf/vanity custom made and opted for a decorative octagon shaped mirror. Together the concrete and wood, with their earthy/rugged feel, balance out the blush feminine wallpaper and gold metallic accents by contrast to create that mix of masculine/feminine and earthy/glam that I love. And I can say with confidence, I definitely won’t miss the red.
Hi, what about the wood slab for the vanity top? Where is it from?
Thank you!
I had it custom made.
So gorgeous!! It inspires me to re-do my powder room. Thumbs up to the wallpaper on the ceiling. It’s like a beautiful little jewel box.
