This week started off with a bang so excuse my weekend post on a Tuesday night! I am still recovering from the festivities and I’m noticing you don’t bounce back as quick at 31 weeks pregnant. Sunday started and ended with a party and we had gatherings in between, keeping me up well past my recent granny bedtime of 8:30. The first was a friends baby shower (which took place at casa shelter half, and I couldn’t not snap a pic of the gorgeous kitchen (above) designed by Heather Heron).  After, Rupe picked me up for our first birthing class (holy moly what am I getting into), from there we met friends for a hot cocoa happy hour and walked to the Venice canals holiday boat parade (think homemade floats, lit up kayaks, and rowing carolers all dressed like Santa) and finally, we all ended up back at my house for pizza which somehow turned into a late night ear candle party. You know, your typical holiday activities. 🙂
