I find myself constantly sourcing black and white rugs for spaces, they are incredibly versatile and can bring a modern tailored look to a room. After posting our
A-frame Living room reveal and getting a bazillion of questions on where I found that top rug (found it on ebay) I thought I would share my favorite monochromatic beauties that are on the internet right now.
When possible I like to source vintage or one of a kind rugs for unique spaces and Ebay and
Etsy are two of my favorite sites to scour and to hopefully find a deal. I’ve got a few of those mixed in above as well as other go-to big box sites and lesser known sites for black and whites that haven’t been used a million times before. Happy Shopping!

I love this roundup. It’s one of my favorites and thanks for including stylish affordable options that look just as good if not better than some of the pricier ones. It made this single mom happy.
These are all so good! I’ve got no 12 in navy, and l love it!
Hey Sarah!
I love your work and your blog…I’ve been following along with your project for a few years now. I hope this doesn’t sound annoying but I’m probably not the only person who finds this following thing frustrating. When you link to things on your blog, it doesn’t create a new tab to easily close out of and then return to reading your lovely posts. Instead the link opens up in the same tab as your website and I end up closing the tab when I’m done looking at the linked item and find that I’m no longer continuing reading your post…that I closed out altogether. It just gets frustrating when clicking on several links and sometimes i end up not finishing reading the posts because of this.
I know this is totally a first world “issue” but I have found several times that it takes away from a smooth user experience. I hope you can appreciate this input from someone who reads and enjoys just about every one of your blog posts.
Thanks! 🙂
Hi Sonika!
Thank you for the feedback! I appreciate it! I didn’t even realize that was happening and will get that worked out. X
Great roundup! I’d add the rugs from SundayMonday onto your list! The shop has a reasonably priced handwoven rug collection that’s sourced directly from the artisans and is free from chemical dyes and they have the best black and white rugs. I’ve got the rann runner in my living room and it looks lovely on oak wood floors. https://www.shopsundaymonday.com/
BLESS YOU! I’ve been having such a hard time finding b&w rugs. These are great! I want them all!
