Excited to share the reveal of our A-frame master bedroom! We kept things minimal and let the bed take center stage, grounded it with a large vintage rug to soften the tile floors and added my own cactus prints to continue the desert vibes on this inside.
Parachute bedding and a DIY pillow (which you can find here) keep things simple and bright.
The main thing we did in here was rip out the carpet, paint (polar bear by Behr), and install the tile flooring. You might remember that for the longest time this space served as a storage/dumping ground during construction so I am happier than ever to have this clutter free resting place, perfect for our relaxing getaway from the city.
Thanks for sharing – that room looks so warm and comfy- what a transformation.Do you have any other pics of your cactus prints? I’d love to see more of your work.
What an incredible difference! I love following along with all your design, especially the A-frame — this bedroom is definitely one of my favorites! Thanks for all the inspiration!

Hi! May I ask the color and gloss on the walls? Love it!
It is stunning! What kind of Parachute bedding did you end up going with?
What happened to your DIY shiplap and headboard. This is super beautiful too, but didn’t you put a lot of work into the first version? Just curious.
That’s in the other bedroom! 😂 Sorry should have made that more clear. This is the master and the other is the guest room.
Lovely Sarah! I’m interested to know did you use custom frames for your prints or do you use a specific brand when framing larger art? Thank you!
I used framebridge! Love them
Beautiful! How do you like the anthro bed – functionally (certainly stunning)? Is it sturdy?
HI yes, it is super sturdy and weighs about 1,000 pounds. (ok not really but it is V heavy).

So pretty!
Love the wall color! May I ask you to share your go-to colors. Especially egites.
Thanks for all you do.
Hi Sarah, where is that basket (with the pillows) from?
This bedroom makeover is totally stunning!
Hi Sarah, I’d also love to know where the pillow basket is from. Something similar hasn’t been easy to track down 😊 thanks
