I applaud the previous home owners for their bold choice in the powder room (these small bathrooms are a perfect place to make a statement), however we’d like to make their own and one that reflects our more modern aesthetics. So first up we will be removing the wallpaper and, well everything else in the room… flooring included. We chose Arto Tile in a “walnut spice” diamond shape for the floors, and I designed and am having fabricated a custom walnut shelf vanity to sit under a concrete vessel sink. Brass details keep the space warm and modern.
