Speaking of escaping the construction dust… Rupe and I are heading to Miami!

Once upon a time, more then a few years ago, we both lived there (me for just two years, Rupe for more like 12). It is where Rupe got his first internship in the States after leaving university in England and it is also where I got my first internship after leaving my university in Michigan. Of course that was 8 years apart, but luckily he stuck around long enough to meet me, before we both moved to LA, separately but at the exact same time, after knowing each other for 6 months. You follow? Ha, so that’s our story in a nutshell.

Anyway, back to Miami… we are heading there to celebrate Rupert’s big 40! SO OLD, I know. 🙂 I’ve only been back once since we moved about 7 years ago, so I am really excited to celebrate with a bunch of old friends, hit up some of our favorite spots, spend time at the beach, and take in all the art deco goodness of South Beach.
