Just as the rest of the country is cooling down, LA gets hotter than ever. September and October here always feel more like summer than any of the other months and we are soaking up every last bit. I am finally starting to feel a bit like myself again after the first trimester had me down for the count, and it was beyond wonderful to be able to get out and hang with friends, celebrate a dear one’s birthday, spend some time at the beach, dine al fresco, and even do a little shopping.

This weekend was also the kick off to the Gap #DressNormalProject that I was a part of. There was a Gap pop-up shop on Abbot Kinney where some of the photos I took of my friends/turned Gap models were featured alongside some talented LA photographers. It was so fun seeing my friends all over the walls of the shop (Rupe was pretty excited to see his own pretty face. 😉 You can read more about it here, in the LA Times.
