mixing patterns

I am all about mixing all the patterns. I like to start by picking 3 or 4 patterns to work with. Or choose one pattern and incorporate it in a room in different sizes. Like we did in this boy’s room (see to your left) from our modern mulberry project. I started with my broken striped wallpaper for lulu and georgia, then layered more thicker and wider stripes with my snake rug. Then, more stripes on the bedding.
